I am thrilled to share this Regal Elegance shoot by Melinda Grant with you; the simplicity and subtle elegance is just stunning. Melinda had this to say about it: ‘Nurstead Court brought inspiration for the regal romance of this shoot. Living only a 30 minutes drive away, I discovered this beautiful country house last summer nestled away in the village of Meopham, Kent. With my love for Georgian properties I knew I wanted to create a bridal shoot here. I created a mood board and contacted Pippa who loved the idea and was happy to share Nurtstead Court with us for the day. I knew James, one half of the photography duo Morgan & Grieves Photography. He and Peter have photographed many couples in Kent for their wedding day. I loved their work and so thought it would be great to collaborate together. James brought in Nick of RIX Weddings a videographer to capture the essence of the shoot.
A colour palette of soft ivory and whites with feather and crystal details. Our brides showcased natural beauty that exudes elegance. To add to the romance a hand made veil adorned in pearls accompanied with jewellery including earring and necklaces by designer Natalie of Peacock & Pearl.
Bespoke floral arrangements carefully crafted by Eliza Rose runs along the fireplace and growing floor design to add impact against the Georgian backdrop of Nurstead Court.
All captured by photographers Morgan & Grieves. With a video by Rix weddings.’
