This historic village hall is a fully licensed tithe barn dating back to the 15th century, so you can have your civil ceremony, as well as your reception, here. Tables and chairs are provided or can be hired in by external suppliers; there is also a kitchen available, but cutlery and crockery will need to be sourced. There is a separate room which would be ideal for a creche or childcare.
Elham Village Hall Capacity - 150 people

This blank canvas village hall is a fully licensed venue, so you can have your wedding ceremony here. It is available for weekend hire, will allows you to set-up before and clean-up after the wedding. You can choose between hiring external caterers or providing the food yourself. The stage is fully equipped for live entertainment.
Elmley Nature Reserve Capacity - 150 people

Choose between having your ceremony in the The Barn or The Linhay (a small, open barn), both of which are next to the open courtyard, whilst the reception takes place in The Barn. This venue is offered with weekend hire, and a variety of accommodation is available for over 100 guests. There is no corkage fee for daytime drinks, and an evening bar is provided for the reception. They have in-house caterers, and chairs and tables are included in the hire.
Kennington Hall Ceremony - 80 people Reception - 200 people
Images © Kennington Hall Kennington Hall is a licensed venue for civil ceremonies, and you can choose between the House, the Garden or the Summerhouse for the wedding ceremony, followed by the wedding reception on the large terrace. The spacious lawn is ideal for marquees, lawn games and bouncy castles.
Knockwood Bespoke Receptions Capacity - depends on size of marquee/tent you hire

Your booking includes a 3 day hire, allowing time to set-up before and take-down after the wedding, as well as toilets and parking. You will need your own generator/power supply, catering, etc. There is no ceremony license, so only celebrant-led ceremonies are permitted.
Ceremony - 120 people Reception - 300 people
Images © Littlebourne Barn Littlebourne Barn is an incredible medieval timbered building dating from 14th century. They only allow a certain number of weddings per year, and all main suppliers will need to be sourced, including caterers and toilets, and facilities on-site are limited.
Longton Wood Capacity - 250 in marquee for sit-down meal

There is no legal ceremony license, so ceremonies will need to be celebrant-led. This venue is available on a 3 day hire, allowing time for set-up and take-down, with toilets and festoon lighting included. Camping and glamping is also available on-site.
Red Barn Events Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast - 90 people Evening Reception - 300 people

The Great Barn, Rolvenden Capacity - 160 people

Kitchen areas are available but a cooker and washing up areas are not provided. You will need to hire tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, etc. Two toilets are available but you may require more depending on numbers attending. There is also an electric hook-up point outside.
The Oak Barn, Frame Farm Capacity - 134 people

There is a fully equipped kitchen area and toilets available. Chairs are provided for the ceremony, but you will need to source your own tables and chairs for the reception.
The Oak Grove Capacity - 120 (up to 160 for evening reception)
Images © The Oak Grove The Oak Grove is a licensed venue for civil ceremonies and you can have your ceremony under a ‘living willow’ arbor. The main venue consists of three stretch tents that can be closed on the sides in case of inclement weather. There is an onsite bar, a kitchen for your caterers to use, and there are toilets available which are fabulously converted horseboxes. The hire includes tables and chairs.
