Bubble of Love

How beautiful (and rather apt!) is the theme for this shoot? It's a familiar sight, as these igloos have become incredibly popular due to social restrictions put in place over the last year and now seem synonymous with the lockdowns. Inspired by this, Trina from Photography by Petrina and Laura from Versastyle by Laura decided to do a styled shoot based around the idea of a truly intimate wedding set-up.

Collaborating with a fabulous team of wedding suppliers, they headed off to the stunning Tower House, nestled amongst the delightful Westgate Gardens, in the heart of Canterbury. The iconic igloo creates a cosy, romantic setting for the bride and groom and gives them their very own 'bubble' of love. And if you're having the ultimate micro wedding like this, in a place such as Canterbury, then punting on the river is a must! What an idyllic, blissful and romantic way to finish off your dream wedding day, drifting gently down the river in the arms of your newly-wedded spouse... perfect.
