This elegant styled shoot set at the picturesque Nurstead Court is bursting with romantic botanical influences and eco-friendly aspects throughout. I love how simple and understated this shoot is; so natural and effortlessly gorgeous with an abundance of foliage and greenery in the decor. There is also the added hint of gold that gives an extra touch of luxury.
Planned and coordinated by make-up artist Melinda Grant, she had this to say about the shoot: ‘[We] used a colour palette of soft ivory white, green and gold with a hint of coral. The wedding band [was] designed by Erin Cox of Molten Wedding Ring Company, [who] prides herself in using eco and fair trade material wherever possible. In keeping with the nature theme of the shoot, [the] stationary [by Design by Emily] had a botanical foliage design with printed eucalyptus leaves complimented with natural brown envelopes. Dina from Cake and Leaves only uses natural plant powders with local and organic dairy. She also caters to those of us who are vegan with delicious buttercream. Bespoke floral arrangements carefully crafted by Davina Simone Weddings providing hints of coral with her rose bouquets. Even the makeup used was cruelty free and vegan. [The day was] captured beautifully by photographer Kizzy of Matt and Kizzy Wedding Photography.’
